„remind yourself always and everywhere“
George Gurjieff

George Gurdjieff was an Armenian mystic, a man of contradictions who spread revolutionary ideas. In his attempt to wake up Man he developed several techniques such as "Sacred Dances" also known as "Movements".

Through a series of focused movements and dances learned in silence and supported by live piano music, we have a chance to become more aware of our inner dynamics, the pain and tension we carry in the body, the constant traffic in the mind, our feelings and reactions. Learning the movements is learning how to live our life more consciously. During the learning process we watch ourselves struggle, compare, judge, stretch our awareness, give up, get angry or sad or frustrated and eventually LET GO AND ACCEPT. At this point the body goes through the gestures without effort. What was a crude, fragmentary and often quite illusory sensation of awareness becomes an acutely sensitive central vibration that may truly be called “a sensation of oneself” This conscious effort will release a lot of the mechanical physical, mental and emotional habits. We become more aware of how to blend our three centers and how to response to life from a space of TOTALITY.

Paramhans Tostado:

is trained in NLP, Counseling, Co-Dependency Work und Osho Mystic Rose Meditation. Since 1989 he's been learning the Gurdjieff Movements. He's been Osho Sannyasin since 1981, offers seminars on Gurdjieff Movements, Osho Mystic Rose and Sufi Meditation Camps in Germany and Spain and is well known for his light playfulness.

„Only when your body, your mind and your feelings are "here and now" are your movements able to be born out of yourself.“

Everybody is welcome, be as you are!
